The Indiana Health Insurance HIP Coverage will also give you access to free preventive health services including: annual physical exams, smoking cessation, and mammograms.
Indiana residents under the age of 65 who are blind or disabled may be eligible to receive Indiana Health Insurance coverage under Indiana's Medicaid program. If the State Medicaid Medical Review Team has classified you as disabled for at least the next12 months you may also be eligible for Medicaid providing you meet the income and asset guidelines.
