The Heritage Value Plus 30 plan is a low-cost option that provides coverage for illness or accidents. With this plan, the deductibles range from $2,500-$10,000 per year.
The Heritage Preferred Plus 30 plan offers coverage for routine preventative care, plus major medical coverage. The deductible is $1,000 per year, with a 30% coinsurance when the network healthcare providers are used.
