Costs start from $138.54 per month with no deductible, your cost is only a 30% co-pay unless it is otherwise stated in your policy.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s Flexible Blue is a health insurance plan that is combined with an HSA (Health Savings Account). Flexible Blue plans give you tax free investment savings that roll over annually as well as preventative care, office visits, prescription drug benefits and even optional dental and maternity coverage.
